PHStake Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

01 Introduction

Welcome to PHStake. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," "your") and PHStake ("PHStake," "we," "us," "our") when you register an account, access, or use any product or service available on the phstake.best website and its associated mobile applications.

By creating a PHStake account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not register or use PHStake services.

PHStake reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via registered email or a prominent site notice at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of PHStake after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To open and maintain a PHStake account, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are accessing PHStake from the Philippines.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under applicable Philippine law and any other laws that apply to you personally.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person and are not under any form of self-exclusion, cooling-off, or account restriction imposed by PHStake or any other gambling operator.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of PHStake, or an immediate family member of any such person.

PHStake reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, address, or source of funds at any time. Accounts that fail to provide adequate verification documents within the timeframe specified by PHStake may be suspended or closed and any pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) PHStake account. If you already have an active PHStake account and attempt to register a second one – whether under the same name, email address, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method – PHStake considers this a material breach of these Terms. Any winnings generated from duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID.
• A valid, active email address that you control.
• Your correct date of birth.
• Your current Philippine mobile number.

You are responsible for keeping your PHStake login credentials confidential. PHStake will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that is attributable to your failure to maintain the security of your password. Report any suspected unauthorised access to our support team immediately.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All PHStake account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP only. PHStake does not accept foreign currency deposits directly; any conversion charges are the member's responsibility.

Deposits:

• Minimum single deposit: ₱100.
• Accepted channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Deposits from payment methods not registered in your name are strictly prohibited.
• PHStake reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of a payment method.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum single withdrawal: ₱200.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
• PHStake targets a processing time of 5–15 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking day.
• PHStake may delay a withdrawal pending identity verification or if a transaction is flagged for anti-money laundering review.
• You must have a verified account to request withdrawals above ₱50,000 in any rolling 30-day period.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

PHStake offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback deals, free bet tokens, and VIP rewards. All promotions are governed by these Terms plus any specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

General bonus rules applicable to all PHStake promotions include:

• Each member may claim each promotion once unless the offer expressly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds and free bets have a rollover (wagering) requirement that must be completed before any winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Rollover requirements apply to bonus funds only; real-money deposits made after claiming a bonus are not subject to rollover unless specifically stated.
• PHStake reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been accepted by a member.
• Using multiple accounts, collusion, or placing offsetting bets across markets to fulfil rollover requirements without genuine risk are all forms of bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, plus possible account closure.

06 Betting Rules

PHStake offers sports betting across a range of markets including NBA, UFC, ONE Championship, Boxing, Sabong, and more. The following general betting rules apply across all sports on the PHStake platform.

• All bets are accepted at PHStake's absolute discretion. PHStake reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time without providing a reason.
• A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation reference number. Unconfirmed bets are not valid.
• Minimum single bet: ₱20. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds (manifest error), PHStake reserves the right to void or amend the affected bets and notify the member accordingly.
• In-play bets are accepted on the understanding that odds change in real time. A bet confirmed prior to an in-play event (such as a goal, knockout, or foul) will stand regardless of subsequent knowledge.
• If a sporting event is abandoned or postponed, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless PHStake's specific sport rules state otherwise.
• PHStake uses official results as declared by the relevant sporting body. Results declared more than 72 hours after the scheduled event end time may be voided at PHStake's discretion.

07 Casino Games

PHStake's casino section includes online slots (including JILI Slots), live dealer tables, and other electronic gaming products. All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's help section.

PHStake is not responsible for any interruption in gameplay caused by your internet connection. If a game session is disconnected before a result is determined and cannot be recovered, the bet will be cancelled and the stake returned to your account. In cases where a result was determined server-side before disconnection, that result stands.

• Minimum bet per spin or hand: ₱1 (varies by game).
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payout. PHStake reserves up to 72 hours to verify large jackpot claims.
• Any system error that causes a game to display an incorrect outcome or award a mathematically impossible payout will be voided and the bet returned.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PHStake and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per person.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Using PHStake for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets or access the platform without PHStake's prior written consent.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate bet outcomes or game results.
• Arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies that are determined by PHStake to constitute systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.
• Depositing funds on behalf of another person or allowing another person to deposit using your payment details.
• Any conduct that PHStake reasonably believes violates Philippine gaming regulations.

09 Responsible Gaming

PHStake is committed to responsible gaming. We want every member to enjoy the platform as a form of entertainment – not as a source of income or a way to resolve financial problems. We actively encourage you to use the following tools available in your PHStake account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Automatically log out after a set period of continuous gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period you choose.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or long-term exclusion from PHStake. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

PHStake may suspend or close your account, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any conduct that puts PHStake, its members, or third parties at risk.

On suspension or closure, PHStake will review your account balance. If no violation is found, your available balance (excluding any bonus funds subject to incomplete rollover) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within seven (7) banking days. If a violation is confirmed, PHStake reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance pending investigation and possible referral to law enforcement.

You may voluntarily close your PHStake account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you after standard identity verification.

11 Limitation of Liability

PHStake provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PHStake excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

PHStake's total aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PHStake is not liable for any loss of winnings, profits, data, or business arising from: service interruptions, third-party payment delays, force majeure events, your breach of these Terms, or your own negligence.

12 Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any PHStake content without prior written permission.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

14 Changes to These Terms

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to PHStake's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate to formal dispute resolution as provided under applicable Philippine regulations. Nothing in this clause limits any regulatory rights you may have as a Philippine consumer.
